Frank McCormick is driven by the need for scalable e-learning infrastructure to train Republicans in politics and organizational operations. He facilitates this by designing curriculum and instruction for Surus Illinois e-learning courses. As a Training Manager, Frank works with both county and township organizations and campaigns. In his role, he strives to deliver engaging online instruction that helps individuals acquire the competencies necessary to succeed in their campaign or county-township organization. He also hopes to elevate adult learning using instructional design theory.

Born in Lake Forest, Frank grew up in Lake Bluff and lived in California for several years. He studied Education and History at Lake Forest College, and used his degree as a Waukegan High School Teacher and Loyola Academy Teacher for eleven years. He currently resides in Chicago, and in his free time is devoted to parental rights and education activism.
